Avdice request - Wrong Reg used

Options
I received three Parking Charge Notices over a two day period after my daughter used my car while hers was in the garage.

She actually paid for the parking via her App for the times parked, but used her own car reg number (have proof of payments)

I explained this to the company but they ignored, and refused an appeal.

can you advise what I should do next? Has this happened to anyone else?

Thanks in advance.

    It's a common problem.

Which PPC issued the PCNs, and where did the alleged events occur? The location may have cropped up here before.

Plan A is always a complaint from the keeper to the landowner and the keeper's MP.

Has the driver's identity been revealed to the PPC, and if not, were the NTKs PoFA compliant and capable of holding the keeper liable.

You should thoroughly read the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES to get a better understanding of this unregulated industry.

    Thanks,
The PCN's were issued by Excel Parking Ltd. The internet shows that they own the car park
I sent the company the drivers details as apart of my appeal.

Will have a read through the 'sticky'. Just wondered if anyone had gone all the way with this issue, in the hope a sympathetic judge would look favourably at it as it is clearly a genuine mistake/error

Are you saying that Excel didn't offer to settle these at £20 as required by the IPC Code of Practice?

Take that point up with the IAS. They - IAS - are 'as bent as a nine bob note' due to their anti-consumer record of only 5% of appeals upheld, IMHO but should be worth the laugh. Three separate 'appeals'.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Correct, the only settlement offered is the early payment of £60?

Found the code of practice on line. That's a big help, thanks,
