Popla appeal euro car park

I got a ticket for overstaying 10 mins in a free car park. I am disabled with a blue badge. I appealed and euro car parks said it was rejected.
I have read the threads and am totally confused with how to word the appeal. Please can someone help with what I should put in my popla appeal.
Many thanks for your time.

This one was won in fairly similar circumstances:

...albeit the BPA Code has been updated now to a 2024 version so don't quite the old one. Google for the newer Joint Code of Practice.
What exact time does the PCN say you drive in and what exact time do they capture you driving out?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I dont see how it can be only 10 minutes, how long does the sign state ?
Ideally you should be complaining to the business or landowner and getting it cancelled by them as reasonable adjustment under the Equality Act 2010, known as plan A1
