· PARKDEAN RESORTS VOUCHER TERMS:

· The winner will receive a holiday voucher to use in booking a holiday at one of Parkdean Resorts’ holiday parks, up to the value of £400, on participating dates subject to availability and holiday park opening dates. Participating dates are from 8th September 2024 -1st July 2025 and 1st September 2025 – 31st December 2025 (subject to availability). The voucher can be redeemed at any of the 66 Parkdean Resorts Holiday Parks (excluding Gatebeck Holiday Park).

· The Prize does not include transport to and from the relevant Parkdean Resorts destination or any other costs, including any extras that the Winner wishes to book.

· The prize is non-exchangeable, and no cash or voucher alternative is offered. The prize must be claimed within one holiday booking arriving before 31st December 2025.

· The winners must pay any additional cost of the holiday if the price exceeds £400. No change will be given for any booking made for less than £400.

· Any extras such as pets, dining options, cots, bed guards and highchairs will be chargeable in line with standard Parkdean Resorts’ standard booking terms and conditions.

· The winner is responsible for any expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prize.

· Parkdean Resorts UK Limited reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

· MATALAN GIFT VOUCHER TERMS:

· The £100 gift card prize is subject to Matalan terms and conditions at the time of redeeming which can be found at: www.matalan.co.uk/customer-services/terms-and-conditions.list

· Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards can be redeemed at all participating Matalan stores within the UK or online at www.matalan.co.uk as full or part payment towards our products

· When using a Gift card or E-Gift Card as full or part payment towards our products, the value/amount paid for your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the Gift card or E-Gift Card. Gift cards and E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers. We do not give change or refunds on Gift cards or E-Gift Cards. Any remaining balance on a Gift Card or E-Gift Card can be used against future purchases provided that the card has not expired.

· If any product purchased with a Gift Card or E-Gift Card is subsequently exchanged for a product at a lower price or is refunded, any money owing will be refunded back to the Gift Card or E-Gift Card or alternatively a Refund Card will be issued.

· The Gift Card is not for resale and cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers. Gift Cards are non-refundable. Please protect your card and treat it as cash; we cannot replace lost, stolen or damaged cards.

· Gift Cards purchased in a Matalan store can be activated with a minimum value of £1 and have a maximum limit of £500.

· Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards purchased online must have a minimum value of £10 and have a maximum limit of £500 for Gift Cards and £200 for e-Gift Cards.

· Gift Cards purchased in a Matalan store will be valid for 24 months from the date of activation and any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period.

· Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards purchased online will be valid for 24 months from the date of last use and any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period.

· Please treat the Gift Card or E-Gift Card as cash. Matalan Retail Ltd will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards. Matalan Retail Ltd is not responsible for any unauthorised use of the Gift Card or E Gift Card.

· Matalan Retail Ltd, reserves the right to refuse to accept a Matalan Gift Card or E-Gift Card which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud

· Matalan Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are not cheque guarantee, credit or charge cards.

· Matalan Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are not Matalan Reward Cards and do not in themselves entitle you to any of the benefits of a Matalan Reward Card.

· There is no right to cancel an online order for a Gift Card or E-Gift Card once the Gift Card or E-Gift Card has been spent in full or part.

· Matalan Retail Ltd, reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions on the Gift Card and/or E-Gift Card at any time and to take appropriate action, including cancellation of the card if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your legal rights.

· DINING OUT CARD TERMS:

· The Gift Card may not be exchanged for cash.

· The Gift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit, debit or charge card.

· No change will be given but the balance can be used for future purchases.

· Mitchells & Butlers will not be held liable for lost or stolen cards - protect this as you would cash.

· To check the balance of your Gift Card, please visit www.showmybalance.com    and follow the simple instructions.

· A Gift Card is valid for 24 months from the later of the date that any value was last loaded onto the Gift Card, or the date that any value on the Gift Card was last redeemed

· The Gift Card is valid at any Mitchells & Butlers venue in the UK. You can search all available venues at www.thediningoutgiftcard.co.uk  The Gift Card cannot be used (i) to make any online purchase (ii) at any Mitchells & Butlers franchise or (iii) at any site not managed by Mitchells & Butlers: please check with your server that the Gift Card can be used at the particular site before ordering.

· Gift Cards can be purchased with a minimum value of £5, up to a maximum of £250.

· eGift Cards should be treated as cash. If deleted, they will not be resent.

· eGift Cards will be free to receive.

· Digital Gift Cards are valid either presented on a smart phone or printed out.

· Gift cards can be used multiple times until all of the remaining balance is spent. You can check the balance of your Gift Card at www.showmybalance.com

· The winner will be notified by email by the respective prize providers (using details provided at entry) no later than Friday 9th May 2025. If any confirmatory email(s) are rejected, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. The prize cannot be claimed by a third party on the winner’s behalf. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if the winner is not able to take up the prize.

·  The prizes will be sent to the winner by 31st May 2025. The Parkdean Resorts voucher, the dining out gift card, and the Matalan Gift Voucher will be sent to the winner by email.

· The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

· The prizes are supplied by Parkdean Resorts (Parkdean voucher), Matalan (Matalan Gift Card) and the Promoter (Dining Out Gift Card). The winner’s details will be provided to Matalan and Parkdean Resorts to enable the fulfilment of their elements of the prize.

· The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

·  The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

· The winner's surname and county together with (if applicable) their winning entry, can be obtained by sending an email to guest.care@mbplc.com within fourteen days after the closing date of the prize draw. Entrants who do not wish such information to be provided should they win, should object in advance of the prize draw closing date by sending an email to guest.care@mbplc.com specifying which prize draw they have entered, and what information they object to being provided.

· Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify a participant or winner if their conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.

· The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

· Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. · All entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned. Subject to obtaining the winner’s consent in advance, the Promoter or Parkdean Resorts may use the winner’s personal data for publicity relating to the prize promotion. By submitting your entry and any accompanying material you agree to:

.1  Assign to the Promoter all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and

.2  Waive all moral rights

· The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

o   Offer applies only to 2-14 night holidays which are booked between 31st March 2025 and 31st December 2025, for holidays arriving from 31st March 2025 to 31 December 2025 (inclusive) (subject to availability).

o   Offer applies to holidays at participating parks costing no less than £99 (for short breaks of 6 nights or less) and £179 (for 7+ night breaks) after the Offer discount has been applied.

o   Offer can be applied on all holiday homes, lodges and glamping accommodation.

o   Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other third party promotion or voucher.
