You can win a place on a half-day Scandi buns class, worth £90. A love of sweetly spiced Scandinavian baking was the inspiration for one of Rebecca’s most popular classes. Learn to create memorable ‘fika’ moments (the Swedish tradition of taking a break for coffee and something sweet) for you and your family as you make, shape and bake a versatile sweet, enriched dough for fruity custard buns, cardamon knots and cinnamon buns. The four-hour class includes refreshments, course notes and all your bakes to take home.

You must be a UK resident and over  the age of 18 to enter. To be eligible, participants will need to enter via a completed entry form. The closing date for competition entries is Friday 25th April 2025 at 23.59pm GMT.
