Good Morning,
I've received a NTK from NCP today. Date of incident 10th March, Date of sending Notice 24th March (week ago..!)
Is there a date of service I can assume here? Or am I unable to appeal due to being out of time because of the dates on the NTK?
Thanks for your help

Obviously you just appeal and easily win by using the 'non-POFA innit' appeal seen in most other NCP threads. NO TICKING 'DRIVER'.missrubberducky said:Good Morning,
