The company has said it intends to appeal. As they always say. Wouldn't it be good if they did and SRS gets another slapping down, and another persuasive judgment against PPC world, caused by him. How popular is he, I wonder? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Excel are of course still spouting their usual nonsense that the driver was in the wrong.Well done to all involved (except Excel).Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'

EXCEL / SRShas now damaged the parking industry-
The BBC article has exposed this extortion industry and if government ignore this and clamo them.
Maybe SRS pays corporation tax but as we know ... NO VAT
As said before, Rachel Reeves is missing out on millions from the parking industry and DVLA
Companies like Excel should be banned for life by the DVLA1 -
breached the clearly displayed and entirely fair contractual terms and conditions on more than 100 separate occasions. You also got paid on more than 100 separate occasions you absolute twonks.4
