Incorrect Pricing of Octopus 12 fixed may 2024 V4 on cheap energy club!!

The cheap energy club is quoting higher prices than I am actually paying on the above Tariff.
I can't find anywhere to complain? This is making any comparison they quote me farcical. 
 Octopus- Electric Units 23.19  Standing Charge 36.88 Gas units 5.48 Standing charge 28.55
Cheap Energy Club -     24.35                              38.72                 5.75                            29.98
These sort of anomalies render the club useless for comparisons!! Comments please?

You are comparing inc. VAT prices to ex-VAT prices...

Your Octopus prices need 5% VAT to be added then they are the same as the Cheap Energy Club.

The Octopus bill will have a VAT line lower down adding the 5%.
