Is Loop app having issues?

Hi,
been using Loop app since last summer. No issues, until recently.
In February, 1 day of gas usage completely missing, then 3 random days missed in March. The data for gas hasn't been updated for 2 days now and electric data not been updated in 3 days (normally it updates a few times a day for both).
I know the meters are fine as recent data visible in Bright app (and on suppliers website).
Any idea what the issue is and how to fix it? Thanks,

    It is still reliable for me.

    Still no new data in Loop. Bright app shows usage from earlier today meaning meters are working ok. Contacted Loop support but they don't work weekends.
