BRITAIN’S GOT TALENT SERIES 18 PRIZE DRAW 2: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, STV Group PLC or Tesco Stores Limited, or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

 

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw. 

 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

• Prize Draw in relation to the Britain’s Got Talent Series 18 programme (the “Programme”) opens for entries via (i) SMS, (ii) post, and (iii) online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win  (“Website”) on Friday 28 March 2025.
• Prize Draw closes for entries via SMS and online at 10.00 a.m. on Tuesday 6 May 2025. 
• Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 4.00 p.m. on Friday 9 May 2025.

• The draw will take place within one week of the last closing date and time for entries. 
• Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

 

How to enter & cost of entry:

 

• SMS text – you will have the choice between the two (2) following options: 

 

1.Standard entry: send a SMS text with the keyword WIN or WINNER to 68333. Each chargeable SMS text entry costs £2.00 plus one standard network rate message and this will give you one (1) entry into the Prize Draw (“Standard Entry”). Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers.

 

2.Bundle entry: send a SMS text with the keyword FIVE or OFFER to 68333. The chargeable SMS text entry costs £5.00 plus one standard network rate message and this will give you five (5) entries (“Bundle Entry”). This option is only available on your first entry within the Prize Draw period. Following the Bundle Entry, for each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a ‘buy one entry get one entry free’ offer.

 

If you choose the Standard Entry as described in paragraph 1 above, you may make up to fifteen (15) Standard Entries in total per phone number. If you choose the Bundle Entry, as described in paragraph 2 above, you may make one (1) Bundle Entry and up to twelve (12) additional Standard Entries per phone number. 

 

Please note that SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt will still be counted and charged (where applicable). If you do not want to receive marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your text entry.

A single entry costs £2.00. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time, and other offers and discounts (e.g entry credits) maybe applied or available, as stated on the Website. Please note if you are using a credit card with Apple Pay or PayPal, your card provider may impose surcharges. 

 

By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry (provided you have not reached the cap of six (6) paid entries for that week’s Winsday draw).

 

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering this Prize Draw will be automatically entered into Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. Where you opt to enter through one of the promoted paid entry routes, ITV must have received evidence of payment of any costs (as notified to ITV by the applicable payment provider) relating to the entry (as set out in the on screen promotion and these terms and conditions) by the time that ITV conducts the winner selection in accordance with the Winner Selection & Contactsection above. Any entry that does not meet this criterion will be incomplete, invalid and ineligible to win the prize.

Prize: 

 

There is one (1) prize consisting of a car (the “Car”), one million (1,000,000) Tesco Clubcard points (the “Clubcard Points”) and sixty five thousand pounds (£65,000) cash (the “Cash”) (together referred to as the “Prize”).

 

(i) The Car:

 

 

The Car shall be a Land Rover Discovery Sport Standard, Petrol Plug-in Electric Hybrid.

 

The Car will include twelve (12) months road tax, and the first registration fee. 

 

The Prize Provider of the Car will use reasonable efforts to deliver the car to the winner’s home address within three (3) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. The Car will be first registered in the name of the winner or another person chosen by the winner (subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person) and first registration will take place within three (3) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. The required documentation will include a valid insurance cover note to register the car, a current driver’s licence and a current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport. The winner is responsible for insuring the Car and all other costs associated with taking up the Car. 

 

Please note that the car will include mileage for promotional purposes. 

 

(ii) Clubcard Points:

 

This portion of the Prize shall be one million (1,000,000) Tesco Clubcard points.

 

The Clubcard Points shall be converted into Clubcard vouchers in the next Clubcard statement period following receipt of the Clubcard Points, and the Prize winner shall have two (2) years from the date of receipt of the vouchers to spend the Clubcard vouchers with Tesco. If any of the Clubcard Points are exchanged to spend with Tesco Clubcard Reward partners, the validity period shall be determined by the Reward partners’ terms and conditions. 

 

If the Prize winner does not have a Clubcard account, they will be allowed to set up an account in order to collect their Clubcard Points. The Prize winner’s Clubcard account must be in their own name. The Prize winner will be required to have their Clubcard statement preferences set to ‘email’ in order to receive the Clubcard Points, which shall be converted into Clubcard vouchers. The Tesco Customer Engagement Centre will contact the Prize winner in order to verify Clubcard membership and statement preferences in order to administer the Clubcard Points prize.

 

The Prize winner shall receive their Clubcard Points by the latest of 31 August 2025, or the date falling three (3) months after the Prize Provider has first contact with the Prize winner.

There is no cash alternative and the Clubcard Points and vouchers cannot be transferred to another Clubcard account, gifted to any other Clubcard member or sold.

 

(iii) Cash: 

 

The Cash prize consists of sixty-five thousand pounds (£65,000) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

 

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to positively amend the prize during the Prize Draw period by either: (i) increasing the amount of a cash prize; and/or (ii) offering additional prize(s).
