Visa Chargeback for a Car… Now what?

AA go through mediation first and try to use the Alternative dispute resolution process (ADR). I raised it with them using their form a few weeks ago now but I haven’t heard back from them. They have said it takes time. I did call AA, but they said that process is purely online in terms of logging it, so it’s awaiting game there too.
Although, as they have now closed, when you go to AA, Autotrader etc. and search the company, they have completely vanished as well as the vehicles they sold…0 -
Can you name them please & their address, so other can check the details

Have you tried phoning them? I've double-checked the replies on here but I can't see you said you've tried to phone them.
Archive.org hasn't archived that website since Feb 22nd so it's been dead for a while.
Can't say I think much of their forecourt

Yes that’s the place! They had a small cabin thing they were working out of on the right hand side. And the sign is still up I see.The first thing I was doing was calling them, on the guy who sold me the card phone number, on their landline and the other mobile they had on the website. I even went back in reviews and saw the owner had a different mobile number asking a customer to call him to resolve an issue and tried that. I’ve honestly tried to call each number at least 12 times. From my number, my work phone, my partners phone in case they had screened my calls. No answer. They were great at first, until I asked for a refund. It’s because they weren’t answering any of my calls, that I called CA and they said it’s best to keep everything in email/letter for now anyway so I have evidence. And the guy who sold me the car asked me to stop calling and texting him for an update as it’s a management issue now.0
