    Updates and timeline below:

01/08/25 - Mediation Phone: Call on 01/08/25. Very simple, person was very polite and ran me through everything. DCB offered to reduce to £320, I offered £0.

07/09/25 - Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track Letter: Referral to court for phone call hearing 29th Oct 25. They needed to pay £27 trial fee by 01/10/25. Both parties needed to submit evidence by 08/10/25.

11/09/25 - DBC Letter lowing amount:
DCB send another demand letter now lowering the amount to £100

07/10/25 - Called the Courts: Called the courts to see if they had paid the trail fee and if I even need to submit evidence. DCB had dropped the case 29/09/25.

I have emailed the courts asking for written statement that the case is now dismissed. Will post it here when it comes through.

Thank you for all the help, the pinned post and this post that i used extensively:

In my case, I did pay the £12 parking online in a timely manner. ParkingEye never allocated it (their mistake) which is why they claimed, and it still sits as a balance on my account unassigned. Do I now try to contact them to get the £12 back?

    Nice result.

    ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

However, we will need the NoD (which you need to email DCB Legal for) so that we can count your success in Umkomaas' thread.
