Should I pay the fine or fight

I parked on a carpark a couple of weeks ago managed by district enforcement limited. Now, I had to find somewhere to park, then I went to machine as I didn't have money on me and had to download the app to pay for parking. I tried multiple times to pay and it kept declining me even though I had funds to pay. After a little bit I decided to leave and park elsewhere, In total it was around 12 minutes. I received a pcn for £100 reduced to 60 if I pay it early. Question is, is it worth the hassle? Ive already appealed and waiting for outcome of that. Any help please.

It is just a speculative invoice.
Only you can decide whether it is worth fighting it or not, but I most certainly would fight all the way. Yes it takes time and work but that creates hassle for them and why should they just dip their hands in your wallet ?.The pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.4 -

The outcome will be a template rejection letter.
Do NOT be spooked.
