Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser: This competition is run by Thailand Tourism Authority and Chang Beer UK (not Leicester City Football Club)

2. Eligibility/Age Requirement:  Open to all individuals aged 18 years and older.

3.Travel:  Travelling to King Power Stadium (Filbert Way, Leicester LE2 7FL) on the 20th April 2025 is not included and is at the winners own expense.

4. Competition Period: The competition begins on 14th March 2025 and ends on 4th April 2025 at 1200 (midday) UK time zone

5. Entry: 

• How to enter: Fill out our competition form and answer the question correctly for a chance to win the prize.
• Entry Limit: Only one entry per person is allowed.
• Submission: Entries must be submitted during the Competition Period.
• No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

6. Prize: 

• Description: 10 Prizes available - Each winner will receive one prize, consisting of the following:

• Two (2) general admission tickets for the Home Men's Team League Match on 20th April 2025 (LCFC vs. Liverpool), the seat location of which shall be at the discretion of Leicester City Football Club and subject to availability).

• The Prize is subject to LCFC's 2024/2025 Home Match Ticket Terms & Conditions and Ground Regulations (both available at www.lcfc.com/terms).

• Each Prize Winner will need to bring photographic ID to the Fixture to prove their identity and collect the tickets which form part of the Prize.

• A £50 Thai restaurant voucher for Good Thai Restaurant in Leicester, subject to the terms and conditions stated on the voucher.

7. Age Restrictions: Participants must be 18 years or older to participate in competition. Tourism Authority of Thailand and Chang Beer UK reserves the right to verify age and refuse participation if requirements are not met.

8. Non-Transferable: The prize cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or exchanged for a different match.  

9. Winner Selection: 

• Criteria: Winners will be selected randomly via WheelofNames.com
• Selection Timeline: The selection will occur on the day the competition ends at 1200 (midday) UK time zone.
• Notification: Winners will be notified within 48 hours after the competition concludes.
• Finality: The decision of the promoter is final and binding in all respects.

10. Claiming the Prize:

• Timeframe: Winners must claim within 48 hours of receiving the winner notification email
• Forfeiture: Failure to claim the prize within this timeframe will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

11. Data Protection and Privacy:

• Data Collection: By entering the competition, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by Tourism Authority of Thailand and Chang Beer UK
• Usage: Your data will be used for administering the competition, notifying winners, fulfilling the prize (including by sharing with Leicester City Football Club to administer the general admission tickets) and providing updates about our services and offers and by Tourism Authority of Thailand and Chang Beer UK marketing teams

12. General:

• Changes to Terms: Tourism Authority of Thailand and Chang Beer reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the competition post/page.
