It would be nice to get any response from BG at all. 16 days after I switched (and MSE's acknowledgement e-mail) nothing at all.MSE_James said:Hi - our team have been in contact with British Gas about some issues with Direct Debits being set at the incorrect level. BG told us they are working to fix it, and will resolve the incorrect DD amounts and contact everyone affected.

Ive just heard that British Gas rejected my application. Only just emailed me today and of course the tariff is no longer available !!!!Thank you to everyone who has helped me MoneySave0
