    Hi
Why does the residential park owners not get domestic rates?. They may be businesses but the residents are not so it seems very unfair. I live on a park in ripon and electricity has nearly doubled and some older people are struggling.

@mikeec123  Because they are a business. -  but they are not allowed to make a profit.

In reality business tariffs and domestic tariffs are very similar these days.

What are you paying in p/kWh and daily standing charge ?

This post is from 2023. I would recommend posting your own if you are unable to find the answer to your question on a previous thread. Generally get a better uptake in responses

Because they dont have their own supply. The Park Site, which is a business, has a supply which it then shares with the residents on a pro-rata basis.
