Please re-read the reply by @Gr1pr in his post immediately before your latest post.

You should be following the guidance in that checklist rather than ask questions that are already answered there.

Hi mate, I have read the 12 steps and Im at the point where I need to fill in N180 form. Do you happen to know where I would find an electronic copy so I can fill it out online or is it a requirement that I have to fill in the hard copy? I don't have a scanner which is why I'm asking. 

Apologies if this information is somewhere already or if I'm being a bit of a div
