Transfer Title Deeds after pay off mortgage with Islamic Finance - DS1, TR1

Hi @Land_Registry

I have paid off my Islamic mortgage, and have been sent a letter from my bank for me to take steps to "submit the transfer of title application". They have sent me a DS1 and TR1 form which has been completed by their solicitors. I plan to complete the process myself and would appreciate your help in confirming the process.

The DS1 is completed, but I see in the information, it says it also needs to be submitted with an AP1 or DS2 - which one should I complete ?

For the TR1 they have completed most of it except my signature and the witness signature.

Are these all the forms I need to complete or others as well ?
What are the fees for submitting these forms ?
I assume I will send to HM Land registry public address ?

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Surely the covering letter from the bank/solicitors tells you what to do with the forms after signing/being witnessed? Clearly you should follow their instruction

As the application includes more than the discharge you should use form AP1
Scale 1 fee on value of transfer or scale 2 if not for value
Post to standard HMLR address - HM Land Registry address for applications - GOV.UK
