Proceeding with ABTA Attribution

I am unsure whether to proceed with ABTA attribution due to reading the success rate is poor and also costs £150 to proceed into this stage. And any advice would be appreciated. Cockroaches are a fact of life in warmer climates. Yes, it was an unfortunate experience. Somethings in life simply happen by chance. If there was an infestation your complaint would have been taken far more seriously.
