So I have switched from my current British Gas/Electricity tariff to the one above only to find my DD has gone from £101 to £186 a month, twice the estimated cost!  BG says its because my account is in debt, IT IS NOT IN DEBT!!! It was £94 in credit.  Anyone else having issues with this?

UPDATE. Sorted now.  I have had the misfortune to deal with British Gas and Scottish Power recently and they have been equally inept... Surely its not hard to get things right...?
