It's raining this morning and set to stay that way all day - not used to this! I'll do some washing when I get home and hang it on the pulley.

Morning all

Really thick fog this morning and very cold but it’s the kind of fog that will clear and then the sun will come out, I hope so anyway.

Rob coming today and we are going to work, yesterday we made banana bread and today we will be going tomato soup so should be a good day, he is desperate for a haircut and I have asked the sw if it’s ok to take him but have heard nothing yet, as soon as she gets back to me I will take him.

Dinner tonight will be salmon fried rice with some green beans and asparagus I really fancy some fish so looking forward to it. I will put a wash on before I go out and hang it on the airer later.

Breakfast in bed.  The weather outside looks nice and sunny which means another wander into the garden later.  I'm not the fittest person in the world so it's little and often visits out there!

Apart from that, a dive into the freezer to see what to get out for dinner tonight.  Apart from that nothing elser on the cards.

Good morning all. Thanks for starting us off @Scarlet.  When I woke at 5.30am there was thick fog covering everything, it's mostly cleared but brought rain instead. 

After breakfast yesterday it was soon time for the bus home. It was a really enjoyable trip as the driver was jolly and the traffic was light once out of Glasgow. This morning I've decided to not go to the pool class as I'm pretty tired. Instead I'll potter around doing a few odd jobs before a meeting at school in the afternoon.

Another bright and sunny day. Popping to a garden centre for a Mother’s Day gift and will walk by the canal while we’re out and collect on prescriptions on the way back. Pressure washing round 2 this afternoon - it’s a large area and my shoulders won’t do it all in one go but a manage three sessions so will finish tomorrow. 

Craft stuff all over the spare room which needs sorting ready for a fair on Saturday.

Good morning 

Another dull but dry start here. Yesterday the sun tried to come out a few times but it still felt chilly.

Nothing planned for today, I really must get out for a walk, DH walked big dog yesterday. I had a good vacuum while they were out as bd is shedding and there's tumbleweed everywhere. I can't complain as when we lost our previous dog I missed doing that. Crazy I know.

I'm thinking an all day breakfast for tea tonight. Last night's casserole was delicious, I popped some dumplings on top, (or dumpkings as my son used to call them).

Morning everyone I’m of to do a cleaning job soon then this afternoon I’m going to the hospice charity shop to be shown how to use the till and see what they do and where everything goes I’m starting to volunteer there on a Friday afternoon I don’t start until next week it’s just 12 until 4 and I’m looking forward to it I volunteer at the food waste on a Friday morning so I will have time to go home get changed and something to eat and it’s all fitted in on a Friday which will leave the rest of the week to myself. Remmie that made me laugh my oldest son when he was little always asked for Betty loops if he wanted spaghetti hoops I’m trying to be good but I love dumplings. I’ve got a parcel to drop off so must dash thinking of all the poorlies hugs to those that need them have a good day everyone whatever your doing

Morning folks and thanks SCARLET.  The sun made an attempt to come out earlier but the cloud won the battle.. It's set to stay with us most of the day now.  Yesterday was lovely but the sneaky wind was taking the edge off the sunshine. I sat out the back for a while but my fleece didn't come off. But it was nice to feel the sunshine on my face.

Nothing worth mentioning going on today. The usual Thursday kitchen and bathroom clean to do. I might even live dangerously and wash the kitchen cupboard doors too!

Morning all,it's lovely here at the mo. It's days like this I really miss getting out for an early walk, not that we went far as pooch aged- but I know what you mean about missing the dog hairs Remmie Feels cool though.

Decorating went well yesterday, so just waiting on the new carpet and sofa. The fitter is coming to measure up tomorrow morning.

I need to go to the bank this morning, had an alert yesterday and tried to solve it through online chat but after typing more or less the same thing 3 times, I went on the website instead of the app which said they'd get back to me in 15 mins. Nothing until a message at early o clock saying I could visit a branch to resolve it.

We had gammon steaks from the butchers pack, very nice but Dh couldn't eat all his, he's saved it to put in an omelette for his lunch. I froze the rest of the stuff so need to take something out for later.

DGS was back at school yesterday so we picked him up, same today.

Hope Rob gets his haircut today RR. Good luck with your craft fair AA.
