Can’t unlock my Vinted Account

I have a Vinted account which I access via my Apple ID, with a hidden email. I can’t log onto it atm and get an error message saying that my connection was interrupted. The pop up help says that I need to go into my phone settings and log out of my account. There is no option to do that - all I can do is delete the account which I don’t want to do because I’ll lose my balance.
I’ve contacted Vinted several times but they keep closing the log without resolving it.
What else can I do please?

Is it a temporary problem? It sounds like it is if you're using the same details as before. Leave it a few days and try again?0
