ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

 

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw. 

 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

• Prize Draw opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/winwebsite (“Website”) on 26 March 2025.
• Prize Draw closes for entries online at 10.00 a.m. on 23 April 2025.

 

Winner selection & contact: 

 

• The draw will take place within one week of the closing date and time for all entries. 
• Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

 

How to enter & cost of entry:

 

• You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

 

Prize: 

 

There is one prize consisting of a three (3) night stay in a two (2) bedroom lodge at Wyndham Duchally Country Estate (located in Scotland, Gleneagles, Auchterarder PH3 1PN), which sleeps up to six (6) people across a double bedroom, twin bedroom and double sofa bed.

 

The prize includes one hundred and fifty pounds (£150) travel allowance. 

 

Accommodation is subject to availability and must be booked and taken by the 31st March 2026.

 

The following blackout dates apply: 18-21 April 2025, 3-5 May 2025, 24-26 May 2025, 23-25 August 2025 and 25–31 December 2025.

 

The prize is not transferable. Bookings cannot be made in conjunction with any other offers or promotion. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or any other incentives.

 

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

 

 It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

 

The prize excludes meals and drinks, travel insurance and personal expenses. 

 

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to positively amend the prize during the Prize Draw period by either: (i) adding a cash prize; and/or (ii) offering additional prize(s).

Are we supposed to receive SMS confirmations? I never have but I may have turned that off a long time ago since I refuse to allow SMS unless it is compulsory (and a VERY good prize).

I thought it was mandatory for these prizes. 

It says: 

"Mobile Number

Please enter your mobile number

We authenticate your mobile number in order to confirm you are a real person. Also if you win one of our prizes we will contact you using this number. There is no cost to authenticate your mobile number to enter the ITV Win site."

I enter my number but never receive an SMS even though it says they will send one!
Is there a way to get around it?
