If you are filing self assessment it doesn't really matter too much what your tax codes are as it will all come out in the wash. Just file fairly early (don't leave it until January) & you will have time to save it if necessary. Although you don't show the payslip figures I would have expected a code something like BR.0

since you have not shown the tax code or given any figures for employment and self employment your question is impossible to answer. If you understand what you are doing you should have answered the agency's on-boarding "starter checklist" questionnaire that this is a second job for you and as a consequence you would be on a BR codebrookjump said:I'm paye elsewhere and registered self employed. however, as above, in principle if the tax code applied to your employment results in you over or underpaying tax for the total tax year your SA return will be the definitive solution to what you owe for that year and result in either a tax bill or a refund0 -
Presumably ‘this payslip’ can’t be uploaded as the op has insufficient posts?0

I suspect that your code is correct. If .....Your other employment is higher than the personal allowance of 12570 & lower than £50k (sorry I can't remember the exact figure. The 0T means no personal allowance. The M1 means it does every month in isolation, so not cumulative.0

impossible to say with knowing your annual employment income and your annual self employment income as declared on the previous year's tax return as that is what HMRC use to set the current year's tax code.brookjump said:I'm paye elsewhere and registered self employed. 0T M1 is used for a new starter that has not provided any information, is that the case ?0
