I had this offer in my Tesco club card. Today 26th March I tried signing up for this via the mobile app and went through the process of filling in everything and setting up payment details (which they are doing through the Google Pay App). On completion it notified me 'my next payment' would be in one months time 26th April 2025. There was no mention of the Free 3 months, so I cancelled my subscription. In my view processing this offer was tricky and not user friendly and if others were lucky to have got it then 'bravo'. As for my experience it was disappointing and I am not impressed with MSE not validating the offer.

Have you used a free Disney+ offer before? It's might be a 'new subscriber only' offer.

Did you get the Partner Code you need to use?

Thanks for replies. Yes I did have the Tesco offer and yes I did follow the Tesco club card app process and yes the offer code was there. No I had not used Disney+ before, so subscribed in the link as new user on the Disney page that came up. It was a simple subscribing and yet how and what happened is beyond me and yes I am tech savvy and done these things enough times to know what to do. I am now paying for Disney+ and now cancelled, so for me it was a time wasting exercise. So it's a case of some you win and some you loose.

I signed up with the offer and it was very straightforward. Wait until you get the code and then click through.

Perhaps it was having a technical issue when you tried.
