Switching using Energy Club

I tried to switch using the link from energy club to a tariff with British Gas on two occasions, but was not successful as yet on both occasions but i don't know why. British gas don't have a record of the request and i sent an E-mail to broken link Money saving expert but have yet to reply. I am concerned i won't get the rate on offer as it is no longer showing up on either Energy club or British gas web site. Anyone else have the same issue.
