Wizz Air Sold Me A Lounge Pass To The Wrong Terminal

I booked a flight from Sofia to Malaga from Wizz Air.
Flight Number: W6 4411
As part of the ticket I purchased an add-on for my flight from the Wizz Air website using a link that they put on the web page.
Specifically, I paid for a lounge pass to the Aspire Lounge in Sofia Airport. The lounge is in Terminal 2 according to this YouTube description I just found.
However it is known, that in Sofia Airport Wizz Air only travel from Terminal 1.
I complained to Wizz Air customer service but they told me that since I purchased it from a 3rd party, I should contact the 3rd party. Obviously the 3rd party will just tell me "tough luck, you should have checked..." and will not give me a refund.
I think that it is absurd that they would give you a link to purchase a lounge pass that you can't even use. I didn't realize that I would be flying from Terminal 1 and the lounge would be in Terminal 2.
What are my rights here?
Have you had a similar issue?

Are UK rights relevant here if it's a flight on a Hungarian airline from Bulgaria to Spain? Which jurisdiction applies to your contract with the third party?0

They presumably blindly offer a link to the third party company on all bookings?
Who's the third party seller?0 -

Given The Aspire Lounge is the only lounge in Sofia International Airport.
What issue is it going to cause you?
According to airport info there is a shuttle bus that takes about 2 mins between terminals.
As many lounges at various airports are in different terminals to the one you maybe using?Life in the slow lane1 -

As many lounges at various airports are in different terminals to the one you maybe using?- For Non-Schengen passengers: The lounge is located before Passport Control and Security Checks
- For Schengen passengers: The lounge is located after Security Checks

The bus is also singular running back and forth so if you just miss it it's 30 minutes before it's back, full and ready to leave again. Then you'll have security etc to get through to get to the gate.born_again said:user1977 said:born_again said:Given The Aspire Lounge is the only lounge in Sofia International Airport.

Both the airport and the Aspire lounges themselves say it's post immigration control, dont understand how the idea that some passport holders can go straight in and others have to go through passport control could possibly work? Even more so when you leave the lounge say to fly to the US that I go one way (as an EU passport holder) and she goes another (as a UK passport holder)... we'd just go together naturally.0
