Horizon Parking - just received NTK which seems to be POFA Compliant post-Feb2025

Hi,
I used your advice on this forum some years ago and the PCN was cancelled, so planning for a repeat this time.
I am the keeper of a car that was captured by Horizon Parking ANPR entering and leaving a car park of a retail park in Bradford in February this year.
The NTK wording (I have checked examples in your Newbies section) looks to be the updated POFA compliant version.
My first appeal was on the grounds of non POFA compliance, signage and landowner grace period using the template in Newbies section, got a rejection of course.
I don't know who was driving but the signage was not sufficient to alert them that overstaying the agreed period of free parking (whatever that is) would result in a parking invoice unless they entered their reg number within the tenant retailer's premises. Again there was no clear signage or staff prompt to make them aware of this requirement.
What do I do now, appeal to POPLA I guess, but in the absence of non-POFA compliance do I still have a chance of succeeding? I guess as keeper I am only liable (!) for the capped amount but keen to hear your advice, thanks all

We are finding that Horizon are still cancelling at POPLA stage when you say the NTK was non-POFA. I don't think anyone has told their appeal staff!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you for your quick response Coupon-mad. So next steps, I should go ahead and appeal to POPLA? I assume there are templates that I can crib from elsewhere in this forum.0

If you find anything? Should be fairly easy by searching. We've had a few threads where POPLA has seen Horizon cancel even when they used the right keeper liability wording.
I just did a search and found this in one minute:

This is the NTK I received and why I believe it's POFA compliant; love to hear from anyone that thinks otherwise!! My appeal was unsuccessful and I now have a POPLA code with which to consider an appeal.

My reply already answered that. Yes it's POFA. Doesn't matter.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
