Thank you, @kryten3000. Really appreciate the support. I will keep you posted.
Just so I'm clear, is it simply a letter from Moorside that marks the point that I should be reaching out for your advice?0 -
Any Letter of Claim.Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:

Hi all,
Just a quick update in case anyone is interested! I am now at the 3-month mark (roughly) for both PNs.
I chased Saba to respond to my appeal, and told them off for passing me onto a debt collector before doing so. To my surprise, I did eventually receive a 'formal' response from Saba to both of my appeals, despite them having already pushed one case onto ZZPS. Needless to say these were summary rejections that made no real attempt to address the points of my appeal (of which there were several!).
Of course, the letters from ZZPS didn't stop in the meantime, so I am effectively in the appeal process (with 28 days to appeal to The Appeals Service) and debt collection process simultaneously. Same applies to both PNs as I'm now getting ZZPS letters for the other one too. Increasingly threatening etc.
Curiously, when I go onto paymyparkingcharge, both can be settled for £100. This has dropped from £170 for the first case.
I fired off a very angry follow-up email to London Northwestern at the end of March, and I eventually found time last week to go through the Transport Focus process. Nothing back on either front as yet and to be honest I don't expect any response from LN, let alone anything helpful! It would be nice if TF helped me make these go away and I think I have a chance, based on the experience other posters have had.
Like I say, just an update. I am not worried and will come back to the good people of this forum for advice the moment that changes.
All the best1 -
Have you put in POPLA appeals for both?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi CM. I haven't - not sure why but I was under the impression that POPLA wasn't a viable route for railway parking. Should I do that?0
