It was a verbal discussion witnessesd by a family member as I asked if there had been houses come up for sale second hand and the lady from sales team said no resale until the builder is finished. I guess people don’t normally get to see all those clauses in the missives until much nearer completion and I’ve not even paid a deposit yet to reserve one.user1977 said:
