Minimum Payment Markers

I recently requested a copy of my statutory credit report from Experian and noticed that a credit card account has minimum payment markers for 4 out of the past 12 months, despite me always clearing the balance in full before the payment due date (and, in fact, due to a low limit often cycling much more than the previous statement balance through the account during the month as I’ve made extra payments so I can use the card again to benefit from protection when paying online).

I’ve raised a query with the card issuer, but just wondering how much of an impact these will have? My credit history is pretty murky, but I’m working hard to improve it by using my cards regularly and always clearing in full, so keen to make sure nothing is jeopardising things particularly where it’s not accurate!

Likely very little.  I have had it a few times when the full balance is the minimum but only on some cards, I seem to remember it was Virgin and Tesco.

Have you a DD set up for minimum payment and making extra manual payments?

As above, likely to have a minimal impact but if you have other negatives it may be worth setting your DD at a level just above the minimum payment if indeed you are paying minimum by DD.
