Treviso airport to Venice and luggage storage

I'm flying into Treviso Airport in the morning, and out of Marco Polo in the evening. Best way to get into Venice? And where can I store a roller case for the day? Thanks

How are you defining best? Cheapest? Quickest?  Taxi will be quickest but over €100, the train is slower but under €10

There are various left luggage companies and lockers inc at Venezia S. Lucia where the train would bring you too.
