It doesn't really matter who your present supplier is - you know what you are paying. What matters is how much your prospective new supplier will charge,
Just select any supplier - ensure you give accurate consumption figuresNever pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill1 -
It might be because they are not accepting new customers so have been pulled entirely. You don't need to put in an accurate current tariff, since you just need to find the cheapest alternative and compare its rate to your current rate. Just select the standard tariff of one of the big suppliers and ignore savings amounts (which will be relative to that tariff).2
