Official copy of land registry record

Hello, how do I obtain an official copy of a land registry title as an individual, not the one that is available to buy for £7 the actual official copy
second question, if there is a property that is up for auction, under order by a court, as I understand it, once possession has been granted to the solicitor acting for the claimant, no new charges can be recognised. A property we wish to buy which has been in possession under a court order since December 24 has just had a charge put against it under a settlement agreement by the owners that no longer have possession. As I understand it this should not be legally recognised but they have a priority search on the property that runs until after the auction date, is there anyway of blocking this charge being registered quickly???

The repossession process is dealt with through the court
You can't block a charge, namely an application to register it, but you refer to "a charge being put against it" but then a 'priority search' so I assume you mean that they've got an OS1 in place to protect a future application to register the charge.
I'd suggest you speak to a legal adviser to fully understand the repossession process. Our PG 75 explains how a transfer under power of sale (a purchase on repossession) can be applied for and registered - Transfer under a chargee's power of sale (PG75) - GOV.UK“Official Company Representative
