Chapmans of Newcastle

This furniture company has the old fashioned personal touch when you shop there. One person deals with you throughout your transaction and you really do feel special. We bought furniture there a few years ago and they were a pleasure to deal with. It will be the first shop I go to when I replace my suite.

Yes, even when they delivered my suite, they had two experienced men and a trainee young lad, they were very professional. I had a door stop to keep the door open for them and one of the men told the young lad, " now when you close the door, lift the door stop out of the way, so you don't scratch the floor tiles". Some other delivery people would not have given a hoot.

I have to say, I like John Lewis too, they give good service.
