Big balance transfer

in Credit cards
Hi there, I have a 0% deal running out and I need to do a 0% balance transfer to another card for an amount of 8300. I don't mind splitting, but ideally I'd like it to move to one card. I have an excellent credit rating and I can get pre-approval for a few cards. Trouble is, they won't give me a figure for maximum transfer amount until after I've been accepted and I don't want to just keep applying until I get approved for the full amount! I already have a few cards, but they're not offering me a good-enough deal at the moment. Can anyone offer advice? Is there a company who is a good bet for the bigger amount? Can I phone and ask? Do I just take pot luck? Thanks

You can never guarantee you'll be able to roll the whole amount over to a new 0% deal.1 -
