UKPC

Hi All
         I have received a invitation from Civil National Business center from DCBL legal on behalf of UKPC dated 13/3/2025 for £267.56 including interest AOS was done 23/3/2025, offence not parked within bay at Preston Capital Center, vehicle was making a delivery to Starbucks and was parked at side where access to back door is.
       They are claiming the £70.00 dept recover costs despite dcbl closing there case as instructed by UKPC
  How to i amend the defence template that is in the newbies thread. .

    You amend it the way the Defence Template says. It doesn't need individual case discussion. This is simple stuff.  I walk you through it in para 3 of the Template and even give everyone a perfect paragraph 3 for DCB Legal claims, in a link.

    It's literally adding two words to para 2 and changing one date in para 3 (remove my commentary in the Template of course). Pop in your claim number & correct parties at the top and your signature & date at the bottom.
