Prosper boost payment not received

I opened a prosper boost savings account that was advertised via MSE. It was a 6 month fixed savings account at a rate of 5.02% boosted to 5.3%. When the account matured, i received my initial deposit and interest at a rate of 4.99% back into my nominated bank account, but not the 5.30% i signed up for. I have asked why its not the full amount and received a short reply of "boost payment takes time". Yet on their site it states the money is paid at account maturity/anniversary date. T&C's states the rate was fixed.
Its been 8 days since the account matured/anniversary date passed but i still dont have the correct interest payment.
Has anyone else had problems with prosper interest payments?
Thanks in advance.

What do the terms and conditions of the boost offer say? 4.99% gross for 6 months is equivalent to 5.02% AER, so you just need the boost to be paid, which should happen within the timescale advised in the terms of the offer.0

Maybe I’ll go elsewhere in the future if they don’t keep their promises!0
