I have a substantial credit on my BT account as a result of Automatic Compensation. If the BT contract is cancelled will this credit be paid out ?

Are you outside a minimum term or inside, compensation is usually a bill credit , if you are outside a minimum term and the bill credit is more than the final month rental the 30 days notice you would need to supply , you may well be able to request the any excess to be paid out , but I recon you will need to battle to get it .0
