Is it normal that a tenanted property is sold with Limited Title Guarantee?

I am selling my LH flat that I lived in for a few months when I first bought it 11 years ago, and has been rented out since.
My solicitor says I should sell with limited guarantee, mainly because of this point, which applies to full title guarantee:
"The property is free from known encumbrances since the last disposition for value."
She says, because it's been a long time since I lived there, I can't guarantee this.
She also said "Limited is also used for individuals who legally own property, but do not reside there. There may be a tenant that has inadvertently given someone a right of way over part of the property which the legal owner does not know about."
The buyer's solicitor thinks I should be offering full guarantee.
I just wanted to check what's normally offered when BTL properties are sold? I found lots of info about limited guarantee being offered with probate sales, but can't find anything about properties that have been tenanted.

That seems unusual and extremely paranoid advice. It may be seen as a red flag by potential buyers.3
