That is highly unlikely to be honest.

But you can use this.  Although it's a bit long winded.

If your pay is constant but the deductions for tax are varying, have you had changes of your tax code?

You say your pay is pretty much the same. However without knowing how much it is. The amount of tax you pay might appear to be disportionate in relation to the additional amount earnt. Or even impact the following month if it's considerably lower.

    Care to elaborate?

I would wait until April when you recieve your P60 (or use the "gross pay to date" figure on your March Payslip), and enter this into any online UK tax calculator along with your tax code.

This will tell you the total tax you should have paid in that last tax year. If your total tax in the "tax paid to date" box on your March payslip matches, then all is good.

As others have said though, if your net pay keeps moving around this could be due to tax code changes (this can be checked by looking at the tax code on your last 12 payslips).
If it is, you would have to confirm why this has been changing with either your payroll dept or directly with HMRC.

Thank you so much for all the replies it's helped a lot, the government calculators said the amount was correct ,but not the last link calculator it said my tax should of been lower ,sorry I should of elaborated more yes my tax code changed in February25 and now I have a letter to say it's changing again in april 25 it's because of unpaid savings interest, I asked if I could pay a lump sum like I did in the tax year 23/24 but they said no it's got to be paid with a change of tax code but I struggle to understand if the amount is correct each month, but I think I will just have to wait until April to get my P60 ( thank you for that advice) i always thought that the tax amount would be the same percentage each month ? on the amount of salary (with deducting pension and national insurance )but it varied from 10.5 percent to 11.2 percent last year and the February payslip was 12.25 percent of tax thank you again everyone I'm not good at all this

First there is a band on which no tax is paid, this will vary depending on your tax code, then you pay tax at 20%.  There are higher bands after 20% but I do not think you have reached them yet.  Any variation in your tax code as has occurred with yours or change in your total earnings ( You say "pretty much the same every morning month") is going to change the percentage of tax taken on your total taxable gross.
As to your pension and NI, pension may or may not affect the tax deducted it depends on the type of pension scheme and NI has no affect at all.
Regarding tax calculators the HMRC calculator works exactly as PAYE so will give the exact same answer provided the correct details are input. The listentotaxman does not use exactly the same method as PAYE so slightly different answers are given and due to the way it calculates tax occasionally the answers it gives are wrong.  As with the HMRC calculator it also depends on the details input.
