Flagstone investment platform problems

I've just wasted hours trying to make sense of Flagstone 'Balance Statements' before finally concluding that it is impossible because they do not show [all of] the transactions which result in changes to the balances (interest payments, at least, are implied but not actually shown).
Unbelievably bad: is someone actually regulating them?
