Is an easy access account okay?

So as not to lose much in interest, i would suggest u open a 1 or 2 year fixed account with 100.00.

Article in Mail On Sunday today quoting Derbyshire BS new COE as saying that whilst Derbyshire BS have a desire to stay independent it would listen to any offers and would do whatever was in the best interests of its members. ( no offers received yet it was stated)

In the past that sort of comment has been an excellent indicator. I recall the B&B boss saying something similar at a time when they were 2nd biggest BS & also had the easiest opening requirements (£100 & no signaway). I practically marched several members of my family to their nearest branch to get them to open accounts

The KRBS boss has made similar noises so here's hoping..
