Should the light come on when you plug it in straight away ?
thanks.

From what I see on the net, the green light is an indicator that you are connected to a wireless connectu#ion, and the red one is a hardware problem/failure. Seeing as you have neither would lead me to believe that you havent set the xbox up to connect to a wireless set up.... yet..
Have you tried the INSTRUCTIONS
I have nothing better to do!!!!
