British Airways Avios .

Around one year ago i paid 13000 avios for extra baggage and better seats on a long haul flight .
 Unfortunately when i tried to do this something went wrong with the BA website and i was asked to do it again but they took 26000 avios from me .
After e-mails back and forward they say everything is fine and they cannot find any trace of taking the avios twice .
Any suggestions on what i can do now please .

Why did you take a year to raise it with them?

Are you sure it wasnt 13,000 points per way?
