How to email directions questionnaire?

Hi all,

I’ve been trying to email my directions questionnaire to the CNBC, but the email keeps failing to send. I have tried 3 times and get the same response each time.

I have used:
dq.cnbc@justice.gov.uk
DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk

(Please note the email goes through to DCB legal as I receive an automated response each time).

I have attached my DQ as a PDF which I compressed to a 19kb file size - how is everyone else emailing it in successfully?

I filled in the paper copy, took photos of it and converted it into a PDF, as I couldn’t work out how to sign the online version.

Can anyone advise what I am doing wrong?

(Please note I cannot send the paper copy as I am out of the country and will have missed the deadline by time I get back)

Could be a temporary glitch at the CNBC end. You could try using another of your own email addresses to send (if you have one, if not create a new one).  Don't worry about a real signature, just type in your name.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
