I received an email from Monument asking for source of wealth and they send me a link to upload documents.
I already cleared the account the last month since they reduced the interest rate so I am not sure why they are querying an empty account.
They are not clarifying exactly what they want. Usually they say how many payslips they want. What should I upload? It's my life savings so I don't know think I can show them every penny entering the bank.

1. Are you sure this email is from Monument?
2. Do not click on the link.
3. Go directly to the the web address that you know for sure is theirs. Then ask them if they did indeed send you that email. If it was them, you can then ask them why they now need this info and clarify just what they want you to supply.
