State pension increase and housing benefit

They do confirm benefits with them but if a housing association or landlord writes to you rent is increasing then it's your responsibility so you would need to forward income and any increases. So you would be covered having council accommodation as it's in house then they just check savings.luvchocolate said:The Gov site says they inform councils on state pension increases
We also get a letter with all the information in April ..so anything wrong contact them.
I'm fine checking details on my benefit account online although I do appreciate it's not easy for some people0
