    Yes we agree, and we don't understand why another form of collecting a sample (like hair for example) couldn't be done instead but here we are.
    I do not think a court would agree, force her hand, go to court.

    Largely because he admitted paternity and started paying, he should have insisted on a DNA test before he started paying, but hindsight is always 20/20.
