That all sounds fine then, except the possibility for ESA overpayment.
In fact it looks certain that there was overpayment of ESA, but as said above don't worry too much they will take it back a bit each month from your UC.
The repayments should be affordable but if you find yourself struggling you can ask for them to be reduced.
PS. It's when you first claimed ESA that counts for if the WRAG is still paid, so I assume that you were in Support Group before being moved to WRAG, or that the claim-tribunal well took over a year? (or you typed that date wrong?).
Yeah i was in a support group then lost it on a re-assessment, went to tribunal and got put into the WRAG. Thanks for your help, ive heard so many horror stories such as they will take the overpayment back all at once etc.

Just stories. They can't possibly take it back all at once if you don't have it.
If you are no longer claiming UC then they will write a letter asking (written so it looks demanding) that any overpayment be paid back all at once., but you don't have to do that and can set up a payment plan instead.
If you are still claiming claiming UC they usually do it the other way round and just make a plan to take it a bit each month from your UC.
For benefits overpayments "a bit" currently = 15% of your Standard Allowance. (and you can ask for that to be reduced if it means you would be struggling).
If you still have the overpaid money then, if you wanted to, you could ask to pay it back all at once instead.

Just to update you, i have got my next statement for UC, they have deducted 216.77 for overpayment of esa, a quick rough calculation and checking dates of claims etc, this looks about right, obviously they will be using exact days etc, i'm not appealing it or asking for it to be spread over a few months as i knew it was coming so didnt spend it etc,

    Thanks for you help.
