DCA dont have my new address

Hi all,

I have just been informed by the person who now lives in my old house im on my final notice from DRP. Standard £170 (WhatApp picture)
I read the NEWBIE section and on #4 It mentions about the updating the address if they have my new & old address. Whats the advice if they are still sending it to the old address only. Should I tell both Euro Car Parks & DRP?

Regards Jim

Cheers mate. Done. Let's see what happens next. I presume they will now just redirect the invoice to my new address.

Update. They have replied with the following

    Good morning,

Please confirm the VRM pr PCN number in order to amend as requested your data.

Is that really required, or are they fishing?

Of course it's needed. You can't contact companies without refs. Both VRM and PCN number are needed when contacting a parking firm or they can't find your case.

And we assume when you emailed DR Plus you included their own (long) reference? You have to. That's why letters have 'our ref' at the top, to quote in any reply.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yeah I included that, I was confused as they already have my VRN on the paperwork so why ask again.

Because they don't know it's you. Data protection. Someone emailing could be anyone.
